In life, sometimes we need a palate cleanser inside our brains to cleanse our thinking palates and clear our minds for the next course of events.
For me, that palate cleanser is usually a ‘brain candy’ kind of book - a fun read that’s not too ‘thinky’. It entertains my mind, gets me away from screen time and allows me a fun escape between ‘courses’.
